Grading the 'Grey's Anatomy' Couples

In stark contrast to the third season finale, in which everyone ended up miserable and alone, nearly all the characters on Grey's Anatomy finished this fourth season smooching the nearest hot body. And if they weren't coupling up, they were becoming more confident and whole in themselves. That's part of why the two-hour season finale of Grey's Anatomy was so satisfying to watch. I get that loss, heartbreak and emotional torment make for good television, but it's also nice to see the characters that we've invested so much time in getting to know succeed once in a while.

Yes!!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one tired of the female neediness. However, unfortunately it's much too realistic, I don't know how many straight friends I have who constantly think they are in need of a man.

Where are George and Izzie?????? If they were on this list they would be AAAA !!!!!!!!!! Just becasue some people don't like Gizzie doesn't mean the rest of us who like them have to suffer. I can't think of 1 good reason why Gizzie aren't meant to be. I mean come on the show revolves around adultery!!!! And now Callie is with Hahn so now George is not hurting her feelings. Izzie and Alex make me sick. When I was watching them kiss I litteraly had to hold my hair back because I thought I was going to puke. ANd the same with George and Lexie. My couples are: Gizzie, Merder, Alex and Lexie, and I don't really know maybe Cristina and MArk should get together.

I think Cristina and Mark should get together becasue Cristina like hasn't had sex this whole entire season which knowing Cristina is not like her at all. As for Mark all the other girls at Seattle grace are taken. Unless he wants to be with Dr. Bailey which would not be a pretty site no offense (at all). Callie and Hahn are togehter, Merdith and Derek are together, Addison left, and Unfortunatley Izzie is with Alex and Lexie is with George.

What I don't get is why Izzie was willing to be with Alex. I mean seriously. A season ago wasn't she the one telling George that he should replace greiving with sex.

I really enjoy Izzie/Alex too. Izzie and George are my favorites as far as friendship goes. The producers should have never let them get together.

How much do I love you for mentioning us Gizzie fans? So few critics do even though we are a lot. Truth be told, I am heartbroken, but I didn't subject myself to the episode. I have not watched since Gizzie broke up. It is clear to me Shonda ended them because of the backlash even though they have as many people loving them as hating them and many many Gizzie fans watch the show solely for them.

But thanks for the kind words, they are appreciated.

I like Lexie a lot and I like her friendship with George and I don't get sick seeing them as I do Alex and Izzie (my most loathed couple in history) but I want George with Izzie in the end.

So while I don't loathe George and Lexie, like I do George and Callie and Alex and Izzie, I will not watch this show without Gizzie.

Not just because they broke up but because why Shonda did it.

I would give MerDer C, because they have amazing chemistry but are severly screwed up.

I would give Alex and Izzie FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF all over the b

Alex and Izzie make me sick, I will not watch one episode with them. In fact many of us Gizzie fans are boycotting the show until we get them back. Shonda betrayed us and backstabbed us all because she is such a huge coward. I will never forgive her.

Shonda should give Gizzie a chance. They should really make up their minds because in season 3 apparently Gizzie had fanominal chemistry, but now all of a sudden they don't. And if you are married or love someone you are not going to break up with them just becasue you have bad sex.
