| I have been in such Cristina Yang withdrawal lately. She’s been moping around all season, and stands by, silently, every time Erica Hahn passes her over for a surgery. Where's the Cristina we used to know and love? Last night, Grey’s gave us a little Burke update, in case anyone was wondering how life after Seattle Grace was treating him. When a newspaper article, about Burke winning the highly regarded Harper-Avery Award, was pinned up on the hospital bulletin board, Cristina was forced to face two realities. The first was that she would only hear of him through stories and news articles. The second was that Burke now behaves as if Cristina never existed, which she realized when he did not even mention her name as a person who helped him reach the pinnacle of his career. | These actresses are both great and last night they were awesome. After Sandra Oh's scene, my sister literally started clapping! |

I totally agree about Sandra Oh. Last season she had that great big showcase episode ("From a Whisper to a Scream" where she even did the voiceover) and she still lost to stupid undeserving Heigl. But this episode was much subtler, and even before the big speech at the end, I thought Oh was doing outstanding, Emmy-worthy work. The singing, the silences and that speech could definitely add up to an Emmy this year for Oh. And I'm OK with that since my two top picks for Supporting Actress right now won't get nominated: Katee Sackhoff in BSG and January Jones from Mad Men.

I was, too, disappointed of Cristina this season. Her speech was completely true. I wish she'd go back to being the Cristina Yang we all loved.

We have been waiting all season to see Chandra Wilson and Sandra Oh get back to the characters we know an love. I think that the performances in that episode truly deserve Emmy nominations and also wins..

I think they both delivered great performances, but I have seen them do much better. Thank goodness the acting is fantastic on this show because it is going down the tubes.

I believe that Christina feels that she was being used by Burke for the surgeies that he said thay he performed. She did them instead.
