Grey's Anatomy: Episode 4.14 "The Becoming" Recap

Tonight's Grey's Anatomy is all about sex. What else is new? Callie (Sara Ramirez) is still sleeping with McSteamy (Eric Dane) – during work hours in the on-call room, even – and all of the nurses have risen up against him, refusing to assist him in any surgeries. As a result, the nurses have brought in a union rep and a nurse mediator (who turns out to be none other than the Chief's wife Adele) to institute a new "date and tell" policy. Now, everyone who works at Seattle Grace who has sex-syoo-uhl relations with anyone else must report it. This strikes me as terribly unethical and unrealistic, but leave it to Grey's Anatomy to check reality at the door.

Richard (James Pickens Jr.), hoping to prove to Adel that he has learned to delegate more, appoints George (T.R. Knight) to be "the Chief's intern," which means that George gets to run around the hospital like the sex police and make everyone fill out forms about whom they are sleeping with. He goes around telling everyone, "The chief needs to know who you've slept with by the end of the day. Be thorough." Dr. Bailey calling McSteamy a man !@#!@ and telling the nurses to close their knees is classic "Dr. Bailey", that is the Dr. Bailey we have been waiting to see for a long time.

Of Course we can see that Meredith thinks that there is some hope for her and Derek getting back together, I hope not.

Dr. Bailey must realize that the Chief has a lot of respect for her and he expects more from her, he knows that she would never sleep with any of the man !@#!@s ( a.k.a McSteamy and McDreamy) at Seattle Grace. By not asking her to sign the " date and tell" form it is a sign of respect.

Christina has a right to vent about Dr. Burke's award, but Dr. Hahn is finally wanting to reach out to her and she is just shutting her out.

I hope the Chief will stay with his wife and that Dr. Bailey gets back with her husband , Tucker.

i loved this ep........Derek and Meredith are so getting back together and Mark is so cute.....

I liked this episode too. Bailey and Sloan really made it for me. Also, I love Cristina's singing and Lexie trying to sing along with her. But ugh, I do not like Derek. Geez! What's his problem?!

I loved this episode, Yang singing...was great,but the best part was when Callie told Hahn about the lesbian thing, Hahn´s smile...OMG it was so fake, she sure is a lesbian, and I also think that Callie will consider having an affair, or ever a serious relationship with Hahn.

The ratings are down again this week, I couldn't be more happy after how Shonda ended my Gizzie and going back to puketastic Alex and Izzie and censuring all the pro-Gizzie comments on Gre matter

They are down a whopping 28%, ha ha

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST EPISODE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Merediht and Derek are sickening me, they need to just kiss! George and Izzie need to get back together! Why the !@#!@ing hell was Cristina singing like a virgin while cutting open dead corpses! She has been waiting the whole season to work with Hahn and she just passed up her chance. Izzie just !@#!@ing needs to tell Alex! The whole episode Izzie just kept running around the hospital trying to tell him.

My mom works in a hospital and she says those forms they handed out aren't even legal. And I feel really bad for George that the cheif took advantage of him. This is just getting stupid!!!!!!!!!! ARHHHHHHH!!!
