While they are still new to the whole doctoring thing, it does seem as though the writers go a little to the extreme. While Izzie did run all of those tests, they probably did not really cost $120,000.

Uhm, time to move? LOL. I'm not sure what's worse in terms of misconception, that Grey's has any accuracy at all or that all doctors are miserable...

And really, this isn't news at all. Grey's has always been a complete fantasy when it comes to medicine. But hey, it keeps the people entertained and the professionals amused at how far they can stretch the truth...
