Grey's Anatomy: Episode 4.12, "Where The Wild Things Are" Recap

Previously, on Grey’s Anatomy, George suggested that he and Lexie move in together. McSteamy made a play (unsuccessfully) for Hahn. Fed up with Meredith, Derek decided to give dating Rose a try. George and Izzie struggled to make their relationship work post-sneaking around.

Meredith sits anxiously in a therapy session, refusing to open up about her issues. Uh, then what’s the point of going? Meredith says that she’s fine but she just hasn’t been sleeping. When she is paged, she bails out mid-session, without apologizing. Her therapist is played brilliantly by guest star, Amy Madigan, who you know from her work on Carnivale.

Izzie and Meredith are awful, awful human beings. Putting a man through unnecessary tests and celebrating a brain tumor? They are despicable, vile, and should both be banished from the practice of medicine forever.

Yes, but at least Meredith was right. Izzie annoyed me to no end in this episode, and it was satisfying to watch her get pwn3d in the competition.

Thank you John, I'm glad you agree. I just though the whole thing was in bad taste. Meredith is my least favorite character and Izzie has been falling steadily from the top of my list since Denny died. Booooo!!!

On the plus side, I thought the scene between the Chief and Karev was quite beautiful and highlighted the need for Justin Chambers to be given a much bigger role on this show.

I agree, Izzie was terrible this week. She is nothing like when she first started on the show, she is my least favorite right now.

The show was terrible, I watched to see Gizzie, and since Shonda ended them, I thini I am done
