Could have been a much better episode. I wanted some Sloan and Erica interaction, and I was solely disappointed. After the pre strike episode I was so hoping to see these 2 get it on ASAP, but I guess Shonda is gonna drag this thing out.

Gizzie need to seriously get back together. All there moments together are akward because they don't know weather they should be together or not. THey even said maybe someday they would be together so can the next episode please be maybe someday! Lexie had no patient the whole epsdoe she just stole things! It was kind of funny, but it did not suit the show. Her character is getting boring and I think shouls leave.

The whole competition thing was stupid. And the prize was even stuoider. What the hell was with the bedazzled pager? Also I don't think that Meredith should go to therapy first of all becasue she doesn't even say anything and second of all becasue the show is all about characters solving out their problems with other characters. Alos I agree with mcsteamy. Rose and Derek suck a** as a couple. If that is coming from Mark Sloan the guy who is willing to get laid by anyone I think Derek should get out of the relationship and fast.

I really don't get George. He can still be the person who delivered Bailey's son by being with Izzie. Also he is livving with Lexie in their "crapartment" meanwhile he can live in a nice big haouse with Izzie and Meredith. Just because George is an intern doens't mean his friends can't be residents. I mean seriously he never hangs out with any of the residents anymore he only hangs out with Lexie.

And why are they making Izzie look like such a bad doctor when she is not. Izzie from season 1, 2, or 3 would not have ordered all those tests. Izzie from season 1,2, and three was a really good doctor. And why did she say her instincts were off because they made her sleep with a married man. While George and Izzie were together they were a really happy.

I think that Ava should just leave the picture. Becasue she is starting to get on my nerves. She should just stay home!! I used to think her and Alex were a good couple but now I just don't see it. I think Alex and Lexie should be a couple and move into an apartmen together that way George could move back with Izzie at Merediths house.

i think greys anatomy needs to pick its game back up. this last episode felt like it was a pilot to a whole new series. the gizzie thing, i love it and i dont. gizzie do belong together, and out of all the couples of greys they made the most sense. but i hated the really bad sex story lines, and the no chemistry, and bad timing scenes that ruined there friendship as well. i also miss them both in season two where they weren't so pessimistic, and dramatic, and Izzy was a likable character, the whole denny thing screwed her character. i also would like to see izzy's daughter return. i think this whole kiss deal shonda is talking about should shock us all by getting them back together, because they're bestfriends, and without them being BESTFRIENDS, even not together makes the show blah. Meredeth and Derek i despise.
