amazing new snow patrol video!!

i'm assuming you've seen the new snow patrol video . . . if you haven't . . . GET ON IT! it's amazing! it's for the song 'chasing cars' and it's ALL grey's anatomy clips!! it goes really well with the plot of the show and the finale of the video is amazing! plus the song is great too. i watch it all day at my internship (at universal). here's a link to it: http://music.yahoo.com/ar-296554-videos--Snow-Patrol
