It does not mean she cannot change her mind, she said in her latest article that she hadn't wanted to put MerDer back together this season but then changed her mind. Plus Assiello said his sources told him Gizzie was dead as of March, nothing about being dead for good or Shonda uttering those words. Even if they are over for good, I will never stop rooting for them or loving them. There is hope until the very last episode, headwriters have been known to change their minds and be less than honest, LOL.

I love Gizzie and will till the very end. And if they are iover for good, I will be like the Jackie and Hyde fans, still love them, nothing will change that

I will love George and Izzie till the very last episode, they are the couple I have loved the most in more than 20 years of shipping couple and no matter what happens, I will always root for them and hope Shonda reunites them

MerDer and Gizzie are my favorites, so very happy about MerDer and sad about Gizzie, but I am not giving up on Gizzie ever.

PLease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shonda you have to keep Gizzzie!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't then what was the point og breaking him up with Callie and getting togeether with Izzie. He has to stay with Izzie or else the will be a lot of damage to the show. Fine maybe they should start off dating then become more serious but you can't just not jhave them together at all.

Come on 4 once in the history of Gerey's Anatomy history we actually had a really couple who had real feelings for each other. Sure Derek and Meredith can get married but they will never be in love as much as Gizzie was.
