Grey's Anatomy: Why Rose Deserves McDreamy

When Grey’s Anatomy first introduced us to Rose, the nurse who caught Derek’s eye, I was thinking what you were: Who the hell is this chick? The show tried to play it off like she had been in several of his surgeries but we never saw her until the 9th episode of season 4. You can’t fool me, Grey’s Anatomy. I know that she hasn’t REALLY been around. When it seemed that the two were flirting and even talking about dating, I was not happy. Sure, I didn’t want him with Meredith but I didn’t want him with this intruder either. Yet, even though Rose has only been in 4 episodes so far, she’s already grown on me. Now, I’m actually rooting for her and Derek and praying that he ends things with Meredith. Before you go all Isaiah on me, let me explain.

I agree with you, I've never been a Der/Mer fan, I prefer them with other people

Meredith already been experience so much bad things in her life, can you imagine one person who grown up with no love from parents,or anybody else ? she just needs to learn how to be accustomed to have a relationship with someone,she needs time.
she already try to be a better one,I hope DERK chooses her,she deserve true love,just the one who pick her needs more patience.

yeah Derek tried so hard to be what Meredith needed but nothing pleased her.........so i think it's right for him to find somebody else......like Rose

I really want Derek to be happy, the only way that can happen is with Rose. Meredith has to many issue and Derek is ready to commit while Meredith isn't. I want Derek and Rose to be together. I think that if Meredith wants to be happy she has to let go her insercurties and stop trying to play the past problems card.

Unfortunately for fans of Derek and Rose, they're not going to last. Shonda Rhimes is hell bent on keepin Meredith and Derek together. Rose's days at Seattle Grace are numbered if you ask me.

I get why Meredith is so reviled among Grey's faithful, but I can't help but identify with her. It's really hard to know what you want, let along whom you want. All this waffling doesn't necessarily make for good television, but I do think that the emotions behind it are really realistic.

Meredith totally deserves mcdreamy. I think that Derek shoulsd propose to Meredith and say either you are in or out I am not dating you any more I want to marry you. That way they aren't constantly breaking up and meredith can finally just be happy.

I agree with the Rose/Derek fans. Derek deserves better than Meredith. I wish that Shonda would just give Rose and Derek a chance. Meredith is very annoying, and immature. I think they are better apart. Some couple are just not meant to be. If the writers were dragging their feet this long on Mer/Der than I don't think it's wise to put them back together at all. When they broke them up, it should have stayed that way, without all this break up stupid sex games, and in the on call room to boot. It doesn't make me feel good about going to the hospital for anything if all that is going on. It's not very comforting. I hope I never have to do a hospital stay.

why is it alway in life and on tv the two timing cheats are the most wanted?
she should get someone not only dreamy and undecided but someone who apreciates her and will build her up instead of tear her down
