Hell NO to Alex and Izzie. Not only because Izzie is still in love with someone else - something which she hasn't taken back in pretty much a whole season, but I hated Alex/Izzie in Season 2, and will no doubt hate them again.

I know I hate them too, they are terrible and ruined season 2 for me and in episode 4.11, all I saw was Alex panting after Izzie like a pathetic dog again as she did not even notice him, LOL, and she again said how she was in love with George. Alex does not make her light up like George does, something even Katherine notices, how George brings Izzie more joy than anyone. George and Izzie make each other happy, have amazing chemistry and make me happy as well, best couple ever. Alex and Izzie are gross. Oh and did you see the relationship showdown, George and Izzie are totally troucing the competition, they won the last one as well. Gizzie love is on the rise, ha ha.

I can't stand Alex and Izzie together. I really hope George and Izzie will find their way back to each other. They make each other happy just by exchanging looks or holding hands. The way they smile at each other ... Aww

Can't wait for the new episodes!! i'm super happy that alex and izzie MIGHT be getting back together but i really want derek and meredith to get back together, i just cant wait for the new episodes!

I hate Alex and Izzie more than anything, they have zero chemistry. I agree with Virginie, when George and izzie look at each other the way they do, I just melt, I have never seen two people more happier just by being with each other. That is love, not the disgusting sex fest Alex and Izzie have.

George and Izzie will never make sense together. He used her emotionally (because God knows they had no sexual chemistry) to get out of his marriage with Callie, because deep down he knew that he married her out of guilt over the death of his father.

Alex and Izzie make actual sense together. They both bring out good sides in each other. Also, Alex really opens up when he's around Izzie and that's very important for character development.

George and Izzie were based off of a marriage that went sour, they can't survive that, plus it was basically written out clear as day that they don't have chemistry. Meredith's VO anyone?

Except in Shonda's podcast of the episode, she said they did have chemistry, and it was baggage and guilt that was problem not their chemistry. And in episode 4.10, she again had George say it was not chemistry but bad timing. Plus, I don't need to be told by someone if a couple has chemistry or not. It is clear as day to me those two have more chemistry than any couple on TV, I see it in their every scene together. maybe you forgot that very very hot kiss in the elevator or Izzie calling him her !@#!@ fish because she wanted him so bad or maybe you forgot that in the same episode you mentioned, Izzie told Meredith her first time with george was the best sex she ever had in her entire life. Or hat Shonda said they did it like 84 times and it was the most amazing sexual experience they ever had.

What good sides do Alex and Izzie bring out in each other? The side where Alex bets on someone dying andf takes pleasure when he screams out in pain, or the part where he tells Denny he will croak soon. or the part wher when Izzie cuts the LVAD wirre, he si ready to sell her out the river until the others threaten him.
A nd what good side of Izzie6 The one who boats about using Alex just to tame her sexual beast and treats him like dirt while she constantly talks about Denny and george, her two true loves.
