'Grey's Anatomy' Stars Promote Gay Tolerance

Four actors featured on ABC's Grey's Anatomy made appearances in a new ad campaign by GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) last week. The ads are currently airing on the Sundance and Lifetime channels while GLAAD works to get others on board. TR Knight, Sara Ramirez, Kate Walsh, and Alexandra Billings participated in the ad along with 21 other celebrities.

Sara Ramirez plays Callie, on screen wife to TR Knight's George. Kate Walsh, formerly of Grey's, currently has her own show, Private Practice. Alexandra Billings, a transgender actor, guest starred on an episode of the show entitled "Where The Boys Are". She has mostly done theater work but has also been seen on an episode of ER.
