By the way I'm sure that Isaiah would never want to be called the n word so he should know better than to call somebody a horrible name like he did. It is no different as both tear somebody apart because of who they are. I hope he never gets another job.

I don't think that Isaiah should be roasted publicly for his ideas about gay's. If that's how he feels so be it. Live and let live. Afterall african americans have lived with the same issues for centuries haven't they.

So because he is black and has probably been called the n word more than once that gives him the right to use the f word? What are we 12? That isn't how adults work sorry. It's not like he just said it once and was sorry about it. He repeated it again on national tv and only agreed to do the whole help thing to try and save his career. It was all a big PR move and nobody is buying it. If you can't respect the people you work with than you don't deserve to be working there anymore. If TR had called Isaiah the n word you guys would be calling for his head and he would be labeled a racist. This situation is no different. Yes some role model a homophobic.

Nothing excuses IW's comments. Period. He can't expect to make comments like that and keep his job. No corporation in the world would tolerate such behavior, & ABC probably isn't any different. One cannot use slurs like that and be so naive as to believe that there wouldn't be any repercussions! IW made his own bed, so let him lie in it!

You are right if he was just some normal guy at a normal job and acted out like he did he would have been fired on the spot. It's bad enough what he said and even worse saying it more than once but he also tried to fight Patrick while on the job. In the real world he would have been fired so why should this be any different.

This is one of the best shows on TV and it is so disappointing to see actors tear the characters apart from their own personal bickering. The season finale was more than a little disappointing. Grey's needs Burke and George both. Let these guys make up and move on or replace them. And for the love of all things good, can we please leave Meredith and Derek happy for more than two seconds? And George, he can't leave, maybe he could change to internal medicine and run the free clinic? Callie is the bomb, but she should only be able to get pregnant if Izzie is already pregnant with George's baby. Izzie would of course have to keep the baby to be a transplant donor for her adopted daughter. George has to confess to Callie, because that's who George is. He tells the truth and does the right thing. Callie was not a bad match with McSteamy, either. Callie being chief resident, seriously. Nobody runs the show like Bailey. Having Meredith's younger sister start the show was awesome.

I think it will be terrible if they cut Isaiah from the Show. He is the main reason I'm hooked. Apart from him being so darn yummy he is a brilliant actor. If one of the two boys had to go, I'd vote TR out in a blink. Dr. Burke - YOU ROCK
