I agree with you "Anonymous" however; a little sweetness from the writers would have been a little easier to digest this last episode.

Very disappointed in the finale. It did not leave me with the desire to watch the premiere for next season like previous seasons. There were too many negative outcomes...a very depressing episode.

Maybe I will rent a Disney movie instead of watching this. Doesn't matter either way to ABC.

I agree w/ all of the above comments, except that crazy theory that all characters going & Mer's 1/2 sister is new namesake, although that might be better. Don't writers & producers read these comment forums!? We want someone to be happy - as for me, I'm a hopeless romantic, so I really want Mer/Der to be happy, dangit!! My hisband & I stopped watching ER b/c it took the same path as Grey's is starting to take & none of the main characters ever achieved anything happy. Shonda better get this think back on track rel quick next season or I'm DONE.

We stopped watching ER for the same reason and really don't miss it at all. I agree with Cynthia.

That was Mc-Awful!!! Cristina & Burke -why did that end? I was so hopeful for the George-Izzie relationship, until tonight. Makes no sense that George failed either!!! And Meredith, what is wrong with her? Alex/Rebecca - why couldn't that have ended on a hopeful note! I agree this was BAD - no cliffhangers at all, only let-downs.

Shonda Rhimes the producer needs to take a good look at what is being written on this site. She better be able to recapture the audience with teasers and the first episode going into next season. I hope she has a trick or two up her sleeve, because all it will take is one disappointing show in the first two weeks to lose millions of viewers. You cannot wrap up a season with every story line ending on a sad note. Life is not even that depressing. If viewers wanted sadness all the time they would watch daytimes soaps.

I am sooo upset about this finale! It was so confusing, disappointing, and WHAT??? If this is any indication of how next season is going to be like I don't even want to watch anymore! Callie being Chief! What? OOHH the whole thing is a big fat WHAT?????

I read that a lot of us Grey Fans (or use to be)really disliked the spinoff, yet they decided to run it anyway this fall as a new series. Don't we have any say?

Wow. That was depressing. I don't mind a cliffhanger. That is what a season finally is about but that just left me wanting to hang myself. So sad, there are enough really sad things in real life to think about. I don't need my favorite show to be so negative.
