More Barriers for Meredith and Derek? - Page 2

damn... I agree with all of you... this now really looks like the finale of the first season. I dont want to watch it any more if they go apart. i hate it how they want to make their relationship exciting. every one else has a normal relationship and they: mer died, together, apart, together, somethings wrong, apart... -.-

I really wish that Meredith and Derek could just be together and be happy. If Derek and Lexi start dating it will really make me mad and not want to watch the show as much. I really wish Meredith could just be happy with Derek

You're so damn right! I won't go on watching it if this lexibitch ruins meredith's and derek's relationship! And I'm sure after what i've read, there will be a lot more fans who won't. meredith's and derek's love, isn't it what the whole story should focus on? what will it be without them lovin' each other? in my opinion, a disaster! and just to put more drama in everything... annoying and frustrating, that's all

A few months ago, TV Guide voted the characters Meredith and Derek the sexiest couple on tv. A recent online poll had 88 percent of it's voters wanting this tv couple to stay together. I'm wondering if the creator of this show and it's writers really care about the fans or if they are just hell bent on destroying one of tv's best couples lately for temporary ratings and talk? Either way, I may not survive another season if they mess with Meredith and Derek again. And the Derek/Lexie storyline? It's like watching the worst episode of Melrose Place all over again. Please do us a favor and spare us the warmed over story (triangle) that you seem to want to pull out every year when it comes to Meredith and Derek. Don't you think these two wonderful actors; Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo deserve more than this for bringing HUGE ratings to your show?

i so agree with y'all...the writers put all of us through the 2nd season's agony of watching derek and addison get in the way of his and meredith's romance, and now they must want to do it all over again. if they do, they better have some REALLY good surgeries to distract us from the nauseating and possible entrance of lexie into derek's love life (but it better not happen or i'll be super pissed!!!) yea, i'm for sure not gonna want to watch if they mess with derek and meredith's relationship again...for the sake of the viewers who really do love the show and care about the DerMer love story, dont just over-dramatize everything to push for better ratings and keep things dragging out aimlessly!
