Grey's Anatomy: Early season finale spoilers - 4/13

Grey's Anatomy returns next Thursday with what seems like its first new episode in years. There are four new episodes left in the season, including the two-part season finale, which will lay the gourndwork for the Grey's spinoff, starring Kate Walsh. We've been pumping out spoilers for everyone at a fairly rapid clip, but we've got more.

is meredith going to get slapped in the next episode "time after time"? and why is meredith and derek going to not be on sloid footting by the end of May3 episode? please let me know! any idea of why mer and der are hugging in the promo for time after time?

Can someone explain to me who that girl "Grey" at the end of the season finale was? Was it the same girl McDreamy met at Joe's in the previous episode? Also, what was that about Callie being Chief but also McDreamy being Chief, I was so confused by that!

yeaa that was meridiths step sisterr adn the girl mc dreamy met at joes .. and i thought since callie got shief resident bailey was gonna get chief of surgery !! guess not

Lexi Grey is Meredith's sister, she was played by Chyler Leigh.
