Grey's Anatomy: Major Character to Die - Spoilers

A major Grey's Anatomy character is going to die before the end of the three-parter that started with last week's "Walk on Water", says E!Online's Kristin Veitch in her new Watch with Kristin Vine online show.

Kristin says fans will "die when you see what happens" and that it will be "someone huge, someone important, someone you think they'd never kill off - the one thing you'd think they'd never do!"

They would not kill Meridith, that would be the dumbist thing they have ever done. I think it will either be Derek or Preston

I think Meredith will live but with the news to her mother that she is on her death bed, she will freak out, give herself a heart attack and she will die

If someone dies, it will be Preston. We know how it is... He is black and to make matters worse he outspoke about George. It is a shame, people are no longer allowed to express own opinions without fear for their job.

I think Meredith lives- there is no way they would kill her off- thousands of people would stop watching! I bet it is a distraction.
