I think the show should get rid of T.R.. He is really bad at acting. And knowing he is gay ruins the show for me. How can I accept his character kissing a "girlfriend"? Is he so sensitive that he has to have a girl stand up for him? And, what's up with that? Why is Heigl stirring up the issue? "Sticks and stones", people. Stop the whining.

Calling someone the f-word and calling someone the n-word are not one and the same. It's obvious his cast members don't like him. And the gay community id jumpng all over themselves to get him fired . Meanwhile, not a word was said when Rosie made racist comments on the View about asians.

fire Rosie too...then Washington and Rosie should enter the UFC ring and fight it out on PPV...with the proceeds going to charity.

TR needs to "man" up? What an idiot. No one needs to man up or become tough to the people we work with abusing us. That is what Isaiah is an abuser, a bully and a complete ass. FIRE HIM!!!!!! Not only for using the F-word the first time but also for the physical violence toward another co-star. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD!!!!! So ok, everyone got past the first time, let go of it (me included) and then he goes and pulls that stunt on the GG's? Too much. We get these statements from ABC and now Shonda on how terrible they find the language, then show him that because if they don't it will happen again. Even if he does change through his "therapy" he still should pay the price for all the hurt he has caused! Also, where the hell is the statement from Shonda and Co. saying that they fully support TRK and are extremely upset that this hurtful event has occurred again. FIRE ISAIAH NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The occurances that took place are unforgivable on the actors parts, but for the show to continue to grow in popularity and excitment, all of the cast members need to get off of their "high horses" and live and deal with the matters at hand. If Burke were to be fired, the show may not do so well with the loss of a contrivertial part, his character may be erogant, but who cares, his scenes are well acted out and I'm not so sure that "replacing" him with another actor or killing him off would be a wise decision. I also believe that ABC and Disney know this. If the actors don't get along onset, you wouldn't know it by watching the show.

Grey's Anatomy was a favorite show. I am very disgusted with Isaiah Washington. Once to say what he did-- yes he should have a 2nd chance. Twice--GET RID OF HIM! I like his character--I would love to see someone else play the part of Burke. Washington took away the whole joy of the Golden Globe Award Win for the cast. I am sure if the case was turned around and he was the one called a name then it would be a much bigger thing!
ReHab! Pleeease--the damage has been done. I don't plan to watch this show until he is off of the show. Hire another fine black actor to take his place he will be forgotten very soon!
His behaviour was unacceptable and ReHab will not change the fact. To get on national TV when he already knew that it was a problem--NO WAY!

I feel everyone is blowing this out of paportion. Yes, it is unfortunate that a fellow co-worker/cast member used a term that was demeaning. Because Isaiah is black and called a white man something demeaning the whole "Hollywood" thing is after Isaiah. If T.R. Knight called Isaiah a "Faggot" it would not be made such a big deal. Just like the new Miss America wasn't made to resign....but the very first Black Miss America was dethroned!!!! Who isn't an alcoholic or drug abuser! It's not about Faggot/Nigger, but about black/white. Isaiah has apologized and he and T.R. Knight are able to work together on the set. The whole entire cast is good, the show is good....but I won't watch the show if Isaiah is fired and will tell everyone I know to do the same. "Holloywood" is gay/lesbian, that's why everyon has taken offense to this. I personally could care less of any of the casts' sexual preferance, they all can act....and the show just works!!!!!

Dear Mr. Dahl,

Calling someone the "f" word (I refuse to spell it out) is far worse than just having "poor taste." And to imply that Washington's costars are making this an issue because they don't like him is just wrong. They were absolutely right to speak out against their homophobic co-worker!!The "f" word is just as bad and just as harsh and just as hurtful as the "n" word. Bigotry is bigotry...plain and simple!!!

Mr. Washington (and Ms. Rimes for that matter, since she's been so glib about the whole thing) needs to go once and for all. All the phony attempts to please GLAAD are far more offensive than his original crime.
His recent actions to "repair damage" are nothing more than desperate attempts to keep his job.
