The two were married in 2003 for fifteen months before papers were filed. The two made one movie together while married, the critically acclaimed wine country road movie Sideways. From the looks of it, this split is anything but amicable. The two are locked in a massive financial dispute. Considering Payne's filmography, we must assume that it is Oh who's looking to cash in.
