Ellen Pompeo is pregnant in real life. She's far to skinny to pull that off with out it being obvious she's pregger's and since the show is about her, it HAS TO BE written in.

1. Christina is unable to have children after her failed pregnancy in Season 1.

2. If Addison gets pregnant, it's much more likely to be Karev's child than Mark's.

I hope it's callie that's pregnant and george is the father! Callie would make a great mum! I don't think it's addison because they've already got her big storyline this week with alex!

Is it just me, or have Meridith and Addison starting to look a little like each other? I mean their hair is similarly cut and from certain angles it even looks the same color. I don't know, maybe it's just me.

I think Callie will get pregnant and we won't know if the child's father is George or McSteamy.

You all have some good ideas, but really I know that its is Callie. The baby either belongs to McSteamy or George. It could also be Addison, McDreamy or McSteamy its a toss up or maybe Mr. Karev. We will see.

I like the Idea of callie being preganant with mcsteamys baby and telling george that its his. But with the addison revelation, is that too much mcsteamy daddy drama

I really wish that Addie would be pregnant with Alexz baby but since shez already had an abortion I'm not sure that it'll happen...then again she did say that she wants to have a baby!! I think that if this were true then it would be awakard at first especially with Alex but then they'd be so cute together! Oooh! I do hope so! My other thought is the whole Callie/Steamy/George triangle (what a funny little triangle!haha) might occur...Callie being the one pregnant with Steamyz baby. There was a recent ep. where Callie talked to Steamy about him being a dad and how he felt about it...and also when George asks Callie to marry him in ep. 3x13 (saw footage on youtube.com) and previously he tells her that he loves her, she shakes her head, which looks like shez guilty!Oh! how very interesting! What does everyone else think?? XXX
