Have the people who came up with this list not seen One Tree Hill or the cover of Maxim. Brooke Davis, Peyton Sawyer and Rachael. When they were on the Cover of Maxim they looked amazing, wow. This list is not complete.

This is one of the stupidest things I've ever read. "Cons, I wouldn't want to move to New York for an unattainable TV character I could never have anyways!" How much TV must you have to watch to know all this about all these characters on all these different shows. LAME!!!
