He's getting better and better with every other season. He's now more mature,more interesting as character and much hotter. Good job, Justin!

Karev is the sexiest man on GA. Right from the first season, when he was acting like the ass he can be, the writers showed his empathetic side. It would be nice to see him drop some of his defenses and let others see beyond his cavalier bravado. Chambers does a nice job with this role.

Dr.Karev is soooo hot! He kind of reminds me of Rob Thomas in a way. I love how he is interested in babies. Sometimes he acts like a jerk, and other times he is so sweet. Just like on the prom night episode when he carried Izzy away from Denny, I cried so hard.

I think Karev is alot hotter now that he seems to be less involved with all the drama. He seem very level-headed now and is genuinly nice to everyone. There's something about him I think is hotter than most of the other guys.
