Good actress, great part. While pretty much the rest of the cast looks they work(ed) as models, Bailey looks like a real person and sometimes it is nice to look at her, to get your vision back after being blinded by the beauty of Heigl. In last night's episode, Heigl was on the bed with George, and at one point it looked like her teeth were glowing. Her voluptuous radiance is out of this universe.Bailey is pleasantly grumpy, human, and competent, like all of them, which I like even though the incompetence in some hospitals is probably closer to Scrubs. I'm glad the old intern had the stroke and got off the show. Watching him made me feel uncomfortable, thinking I'd probably encounter someone like him in a real hospital. I don't watch HOUSE or Grey's to see anything too close to reality.

i felt so sorry for her tonight it took a big pearson to do that sugrey and she is having problums with her husbeen i hope she and her husbeen work it out see yah

I really love Grey's Anatomy. My favourite character is Miranda Bailey. She is strong willed and everyone listens when she speaks. She is the only person that everyone fears but also respects. She is the reason that I watch Grey's. She is not afraid to speak her mind even to the chief. I hope they will continue to have her character this way on the show.

Chandra Wilson always looks so great when she goes to awards show. For a short black woman that is a plus.
