Grey's Anatomy: Why I'm On The Fence About Gizzie - Page 4

I think George and Izzie are cute together, but they really screwed up. Their chances of making it as a couple are very slim. Sure, they will fight it for a while. Maybe even a long time. But the guilt and the shame will over take them and eventually the relationship will fizzle out. It is interesting how the show trys to make the whole thing seem like they are victimized. Where are the good old fashioned values? ANYWHERE? Is EVERYONE sleeping around? Divorce, separation, ditching your bride at the alter, affairs. Who in this show, other than Dr. Bailey, has a decent marriage? And do you think we see any of that? Noooo. That wouldn't be much of an escape, now would it??

I don't think so. I think their love is strong enough to get past the affair. I don't think they have to be like Merder. George's marriage was wrong from the start and something would have put an end to it, even if there was no Izzie. They had a one-night stand, it is not like they fooled around Callie's back for months. When george realized he loved Izzie, he wanted to tell Callie but she would not hear of it. I think this marriage is not good for Callie, and George getting out of it is the best thing he could do for the two.

George and Izzie have a solid friendship and foundation and they have real love. They are the reason I watch so I hope they make it through.

As for it coming out of nowhere, I totally disagree, i have seen the signs since season 2 the moment Callie came into the picture, Alex was just a guy she slept with and so were her hockey player boyfriend, so two guys in a year is not that much, especially when I think she had feelings for george even when Denny was a

I'm not on the fence at all. I can't stand either character right now, actually, and Izzy is climbing higher and higher on my disgust list ...

I think Gizzie is good for each other, I think they balance either other out. I mean seriously both them of have been searching for love or love has kicked them in the face and they when they least expected it they fell in love with eah other.

I'm tottaly against the whole Gizzie thing. George is obviosly going through a hard time with repeating his internship and all that Callie having wanted to have a baby. All of the guy falling for the best friend even though he already had a wonderful girl really could happen in real life even though it's hurtful and wrong. I feel really sorry for Callie cuz she loved him. But now I think Sloan might be falling for her. I can't wait to see what happens next week.

Callie was never right with george, he doesn't love her and he always seems like a kicked puppy with her, he looks deliriously happy with Izzie and she with him, they belong together! And what is so wonderful about Callie, really?

I luv George abd Izzie as a couple. I love how in the end of the Halloween episode they were holding hands and saying how they made it through the day. I felt so touched when they said that. It really showed that they had a connection. Also you could see that they didn't need to have sex just to be in love. You could really tell just by them holding hands and looking at each other they were totally in love.

According to Izzie when he was talking to George' mom that sex only happened ONCE...LAY YOUR HANDS ON ME
So no matter how hard they tried, they just could not recaptured the magic again because there was NONE, right from the start. They were awkward with each other and they couldn't even kiss...how many times were there misses and excuses.....true love???what a joke. I like them as best friends, as lovers they were just too nauseating!!!
