He's one of the most awesome TV dad's ever, in my books. I loved Christopher. He may not have been ready to be a dad at 16, but can you blame the guy? He was awesome. He grew up though. I loved it. I just was so disappointed that they butchered his character. He was a really good guy. I always wanted him and Lorelei to end up together.

Man someone really watched that show with their eyes open. When was that guy ever a dad to Rory ?? Oh yeah when he saw his chance to get into Lorelai's pants. Now that is what I call a good and loving father. Can you see my eyes rolling back into my head ? The guy didn't even know his daughter. Even in season 7 he had no idea what she was really doing in Yale, who her friends were and what she really liked. Really such a caring father that he didn't even know his own daughter stole a Yacht and dropped out of school, didn't talk to her mother and best friend for months. Such a loving father that he never offered Lorelai any support or took care of paying for Rory's education. Such a loving father who kicked all of her stuff out of her home so that he can move his other daughter in there without even asking Rory if she has a problem with it. And man was he a good dad when he married Lorelai without their daughter being there. I can really feel the love there man. Wouldn't every girl drea

Wouldn't every girl dream about having a dad like that. A dad to whom you are always just an afterthought if a thought at all.
Thank god for different tastes but Christopher Hayden is such a turn off in my books. His character sucks and his looks - well no thanks.

Chris isn't really great (understatement speaking) as a dad.
