Gilmore Girls has already aired its final episode on May 15, 2007, after 153 episodes and seven seasons. However, just because the show has ended on television doesn’t mean it’s over for the mother and daughter tandem. Series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino is actually pondering about making the comedy-drama into a two-hour movie. According to TV Guide, which claims to have run into Sherman-Palladino, there’s a possibility of coming up with a Gilmore Girls movie, which would attempt to give some answers to all the loose ends left after the series ended. This will also give closure on the lives of Lorelai and Rory Gilmore. To read the rest, click here.

A Gilmore Girls movie by the Palladinos would be great if they corrected the horrible ending to this show. The Rory-Logan breakup was the worst written episode ever. It made no sense and was rushed and clumsy. Rory & Logan belong together forever. If the Palladinos can fix what thet did to tvs best couple then I'd be all for a movie. Otherwise, just forget the whole thing and move on.

I don't think Rory and Logan belong together. I hated the fact they forced them to be a couple. He was just a rich snob that wanted her to drop everything and follow him. She belongs with someone like Jess or Dean. I would love to see Lorelai and Luke get married though and have another kid.

I am totally devastated for the final season of Girlmore Girls. It think that is not a good idea to make a movie.Movies take out the magic created for so many years in seven seasons. The final episode was a disaster!!!What were they thinking! I am so sad that the show was cancelled!

Logan and Rory absolutely belong together. For three years that's waht we were shown wek after week. We also know that the Palladinos thought Logan was the one for Rory. More than any couple in tv history Logan & Rory were perfect for each other in every way. That makes what we got to end this series even more disgusting. Yes to a Palladino movie that corrects the Logan & Rory ending! I don't think it will happen but if it does it will correct one of the biggest blunders in tv history. Logan & Rory are soooo meant to be together!

I agree that the whole Logan & Rory deal a little sloppish. If anyone can salvage this sinking ship, it's Amy, lol:P So if there's a reunion in the works, you can count me in!=]

Ok there were not meant to be together more than any other couple in tv history. They are not even close to being Rachel & Ross or Chandler & Monica (Friends) Kevin & Winnie (Wonder Years) Cory & Topanga (Boy Meets World) Zach & Kelly (Saved By the Bell) Pacey & Joey (Dawsons Creek) Seth & Summer (OC) Ephram & Amy (Everwood) Luke & Lorelai (Gilmore Girls)...... I could so go on but my guess is you still wouldn't get the point. They did not have the chemistry of those couples. Even Matt (Logan) didn't think they belonged together. He is on record saying he didn't think they should end up together. The only reason they kept them together was because they couldn't get the actors that played Dean & Jess to come back to the show. Obviously because they both became stars of their own shows.

It would have been wrong for Rory to follow him and get married so young. She needed to find her own way and do her own thing.I think the job she ended up with was perfect for her. She doesn't want or belong in the life of her grandparents and that is what she would have had if she married Logan. If you really think about the "Rory" character you would realize this.

i agree..if you really think about Rory, do you really think about her getting marry right after her graduation from Yale? No, you think about her going off into the real world and becoming an independent person and discovering more about herself. Logan and Rory, i tolerated them, but i agree with Ziggy. They did not have the best chemistry compare to the examples that Ziggy provided. ( i absolutely adore Pacey and Joey from Dawson's creek) However, i do agree with the fact that the ending to their relationship was done poorly and it was incredibly rushed. A gilmore girl movie...it could totally bring us fans the closure we want/need. And if ASP is doing it...ohh so much better.
