You may carp all you want about the final episodes or how the writing has gone downhill this year, but this show has entertained me consistently for years. I'm going to miss the denizens of Stars Hollow on Tuesday nights, but can relive the best moments on DVD's without all of those ads. Thanks GG's for a great time.

I'm sorry-when did this become the Logan show? He was never right for Rory and it took her a long time to figure it out. Way too long. What's frightening is how many viewers thought he was perfect for her just because he was RICH!!! Go back to some of the episodes from the first season-Rory's dreams were NEVER about getting married-they were about seeing things and doing things. She's finally come back full circle to what she wanted. That's why people were always attracted and drawn to her-because she wasn't mundane with "commom" aspirations. Everyone knew she was going places, and not just to an avocado tree in a back yard in Palto Alto! Next week she will meet Christiana Amanpour the woman she's wanted to be like-and now Rory has the freedom and opportunity to be like her and realize her dreams! For Rory to end up married to Logan would have been such a waste. And for those who feel they wasted seven years watching the show I have to agree-because if they think Rory marryi

I hated this episode and I doubt that the finale will be any better, especially since it was most likely already in the can when GG's cancellation was announced. This series deserved a better ending than being smothered with a pillow.

Well, what did we all expect without Amy Sherman-Palladino? She was the brains behind the whole show from season 1-6. After she stopped writing everything went downhill. This show was entirely her vision and now that someone else is at the helm it's really changed. But, the really crappy thing, the unforgivable thing is that the series finale next week will be a cliffhanger because Warner Bros., or the CW, or whoever, was not sure if the show would be coming back for another season (rumored to be a mere 13 episodes) next fall. So, the "Series Finale" will be more like a regular Season Finale with unanswered questions and a lot of dangling plot-lines. So, if anyone is expecting the last episode to tie everything up into a sweet little Star's Hallow bow where everyone is happy and in love - Forget it. Not that we really want that anyway, it wouldn't make for good drama, but it's better than what they've got planned. I agree that they handled the Logan situation totally wrong. Why w

Thank you, there is a rather large fire going on in the area (Griffith Park) and the entire show was overidden by the "breaking news". I was sooo upset that I missed the show but was very greatful to find this site and get a total recap, only would've been better if I had seen the actual show. Thank you for making the night!

(continued) Why would they invest 3+ years in a character like Logan and then throw him away with such nonchalance? I never thought that he and Rory would end up together, but to end their whole relationship in a two minute scene in one episode was POOR planning and TERRIBLE writing. Also, to those of you who feel "cheated" or feel like the past 7 years of the show have been ruined by this crappy ending, that is simply not so. If you are posting on this board, or heck even reading it, you have laughed any cried along with The Girls for a long time now and this sad way of ending a good thing doesn't take away from the fun we had before. C'mon, rent (or buy) the previous seasons on DVD and remember why you like this show in the first place.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE GG, but after tonite I don't know what to think. Rory...come on chick after all that u've been through with Logan you say no???? What's up with this! I have the previous six seasons and just think Logan and Rory are the best match of the guys she's dated on the show! I've been watching the show thru high school and college and just think the CW is giving it the worse possible ending! First Rory says no and then the series finale is only an hour!!! Come on you could've made it two for those of us that absolutely love the show! Man I really wanted her to say yes! Too many unresolved issues for the finale to be next week!

Sorry David...but this isn't about the Logan show. Logan has been a central character on this show for three years. His fate deserves just as much attention as any other regular. They totally blew this ending by singling out Logan to be rejected. The writing was awful! It was like these writers never saw any of the first six years of this show. Lorelei was absolutely disgraceful. They ruined her character forever with her cold commnts. And Rory was incredibly unemotional for such a story. They just ruined the ending to this series totally. When I see the big party in Stars Hollow next week I'll think of Logan and hope he knows that he lucked out not getting stuck with someone like Rory who cannot return love and affection before checking her job offers!
