Xena - Seriously?

It's not listed in the TV shows... I can't find it anywhere in the forums... how does such an amazing show just not be anywhere..?

^^ Good question... I LOVE Xena! I've bought all 6 seasons recently and once again, I'm hooked. I love the Greek Gods, the mythology and Xena kicking some serious ass! LOL! Maybe this could be the Xena thread...

Yes, this will definitely have to be the Xena thread =) My best friend & I are basically addicted, and have been for years... even though we only met two years ago - it's something we bonded over =D It's so cute, we can quote ISAIH together. I have every season on DVD except five, which I have on VHS, so I'm in no hurry for the DVDS... haha.

I only had a few episodes on VHS, so I was thrilled when there suddenly were DVD's. And they were only 29,99 Euro's! And then with my 10% discount card, I just couldn't resist... I'm busy watching season 5 these days. It's pretty much my favorite season. I love the storyline about the Twilight of the Gods and eventually Ares sacrificing his godhood for Gabrielle and Eve... Gotta love mortal Ares! Well, I do...

Yeah, same here... I had season three on VHS as well, but it's somewhere at my aunt's house... haha. Season five, I haven't watched that in a long time... lately I've been watching one and four... =D As far as Ares goes, he is hilarious when he's mortal, especially in "Old Ares Had A Farm" which is in season six =) Grey hair... hehehe.

YEAH! "Old Ares Had A farm" is brilliant!Defenitely one of my favorite episodes. And what about the musical episode: "The Bitter Suite"? I absolutely love that one... The songs are fantastic. Especially the one Xena and Gabrielle sing together and the one in the end where Xena asks Gabrielle to forgive her... Wow... So beautiful!

Yes. The Bitter Suite was absolutely beautiful! I have all of the soundtracks, and that one is definitely my favourite... especially the lyrics... sigh. I seriously think they ended the series WAY too soon =(

My daughter and I love this show, we were sorry to see it go off the air....have all the seasons on DVD ... think I'll go home & watch it Season 1 again tonight.

I would do the same, except, my best friend and I would watch it together all the time... now we don't see each other much, so I get sad when I watch it alone. Ha. I know it sounds dumb but... it happens...

It's cute though, because we still text each other lines from episodes randomly =D
