Oh, don't apologize. It's hard to tell 'cause I'm on my work PC and it takes even longer to load.

I never saw an ep of "My so called Life" (not even sure what the german title might be) and only recall a few eps of PoF and they were rather confusing. That girl played by Neve Campbell was a bit crazy, wasn't she? I recall a guy named Bailey, I liked him. And I know Matthew Foy was in it, but I don't remember much about his character except he was the oldest and really handsome.

Lol, no Neve's character (Julia) wasn't crazy though she seemed kinda skittish at times. But it made sense 'cause she was a teenager coming into young womanhood at a time in her life where she really needed her mother (or a motherly figure) to guide her yet both her parents were dead. Julia and Bailey, her brother, were my favorites. And Griffin.

I only saw the first 3 seasons of OTH. I do like it, but sometimes they are really melodramatic.

I think the first 3 seasons of OTH were the best. Season 4 got really over the top with most of the characters and season 5 has been so sweepingly melodramatic that it makes me want to slit my wrists. I love the emo but my goodness they really lay it on thick, lol.

2 thoughts about DC:
1) Is it just me, or is Henry looking a bit like Leonardo DiCaprio? And is he talking really slow or are the others just talking so fast?
2) I just watched the Nothern Lights ep and I have to say: Joey with curly hair - noooo! Straight hair looks so much better on her.

Lmao! It's not just you...he looks like Leo but with bags under his eyes and his speech is incredibly slow. But Michael Pitt has always talked kinda slow to me and I've wondered before if he uses a little drugs. He looks like someone who has partaken of a little marijuana

Ok, I in a DC marathon I finished S3 yesterday and watched the first ep of S4. I just watched ep 2 of S4 and I feel sooooo sorry for Jen. I was in her position, being dumped by a boyfriend whom I had doubts about in the first place, then had decided that I want to continue our relationship and 2 months after I had decided I was in our relationship for good he dumped me. That is a major blow to the ego, I can tell you! Well, at least he had the decency to give me the "let's stay friends"- line in person. (No, we are not friends, my ego was so bruised that I told him I never wanted to see him again. TBH my ego was far more shattered than my heart was)

BTW i never liked Henry....for me this actor isn´t charming,cause i saw him in some incredibly cruel role and since this time i dont like him,lol...

I have to reffer to adia's and mei's thoughts over Joey not telling Dawson about her sleeping with Pacey. I have to say that I was pissed about her laying too! WAY pissed! At her for laying, and at him for asking...dude, do you not have manners?!
But then I tried to put myself in her shoes. She remembered what she went through with him when he found about J/P, and just didn't want to dance that tango again. Obviously (no idea why) their friendship means a lot to her (soul mates my a**), and she didn't wanna rock the boat. Maybe I would've reacted the same, or maybe I'd just tell him "excuse me?! he's my bf, what do you think?! and where do you get off making it you bussines?! get an F**ing life and stop living mine, thinking that I'm saving myself for you (?!?). Get over youself!" and march off in a very Joey Potter-esque way!
The writters had problems with James, coz he acted like he was the Kevin Spacey of the bunch, and not some guy that happened to land a lead role, so they had to pamper and spoil the script to his liking......not to mention the characters knew he's blow a gasket, and they just didn't want to make a mess again. Dawson is too spoiled for words, and tends to make the whole gruops lives miserable coz he can get any.....

I actually wanted to say more about that ^^ too but I was too tipsy to get it all out last night.

Dawson totally surprised her (and me) by asking her that. At first I thought it was rude but now I'm thinking about my own friends. Like when I'm dating someone, they ask me those type of questions. It's a pretty common conversation among friends. I think the difference is well for one I hate Dawson so almost everything he did pissed me off. But two, Dawson and Joey's friendship just didn't feel close enough for him to be having that type of discussion with her. It felt too intimate and there was still this tension between him and her and between him and Pacey. And, Nan, I'm like totally agreeing with you on James. He was an a** in real life and gave the writers a hard time with that character and got into conflict with Josh and Katie, which I really think came across on-screen. The real life tension between him and Josh definitely came across in their scenes together, which made me kinda uncomfortable watching them sometimes. But I think had James not been such a jerk to the writers, they would've been able to write Dawson better and make his friendship with Joey after The Longest Day episode more believable. They could've made his character warmer instead of so cold and distant. It would've been nice to see Dawson be able to get over it and be able to hang out with Pacey and Joey and not have all this strange tension there. But that wasn't the case. So the fact that that couldn't and wasn't happening makes me feel like he shouldn't have been asking her about intimate details in her relationship with Pacey.

And I think I understood why she lied: to protect Dawson's feelings (who she figured was still struggling with her and Pacey's relationship and had just dealt with the death of the old man) and to avoid a rehashing of the drama from The Longest Day and The Anti-Prom. BUT...at no time did she take into consideration how Pacey would feel about her lying. And that pisses me off, especially since Pacey had a discussion with her before this happened as to what he would say if Dawson asked him the same question. He would've been honest and she claimed she would be too, yet she turned around and lied. Pacey didn't deserve that.

Which film: Bully or Murder by Numbers?
I actually loved Michael Pitt so when I saw him as Henry I was excited. But they just didn't write that storyline well and it ended up going nowhere. I do like though that Jen had to admit her jealousy over the woman hitting on Henry. It was cute seeing her vulnerable like that.

i haven´t too much time,but about thing that Nani mentioned and you were talking about it guys...I was the most annoyed by Dawson that he asked and then when he added that it would kill him,...what the hell he thought...she was with her boyfriend and he was like she have to sleep with him firstly...and of course that she didnt tell him the true was stupid as well...

oh,i really don´t remember name of the movie,but he was killer if i remember well...i think he´s good actor,but i just can´t help it and dont like him so much....

That's why she should've been honest...because I wanted to see Dawson keel over and die, lol. But just another reason he shouldn't have been asking that question. If he couldn't take the answer, don't ask. And why put her in that situation again where she must make a decision over his and Pacey's feelings.

exactly....he shouldn´t have been asking....basically he forced her to lie him about it...she has excuse that she didnt want to hurt him,but he was unfair to her again...again he put her into really uncomfortable situation...still i think it wasn´t right that she lied him,but i can imagine that i had to be hard to tell him the truth when she knew how he was acting in past about her and Pacey...
