I've actually been working on going through all the eps again. It has been ages since I watched them last. I'm already up to season 4 ep 14.

I have this theory, that when Buffy can't be with Angel (and I'm still hoping they'll figure out a way for them in the comics), Dean would make a perfect boyfriend for Buffy.

I liked that point that Riley had about her wanting relationships to fail, and not giving them a chance.

Dean? Really? He isn't one to settle down and stay in the one place. And Buffy is one to stay in the one spot. Though, I suppose if Dean had the hellmouth he may be inclined to stick around.

I'm not talking about getting married and living happily ever after, but for a year or so. Generally Dean would make the best human boyfriend for Buffy I can think of. He can take care of himself, she wouldn't have to protect him. He knows about the supernatural. And just think about the witty one-liners a Dean-Buffy pair-up would give us.

Plus he has at least a little bit of dark in him, which seems to be essential for Buffy in a boyfriend.
Riley imo never was Buffy's equal, but Dean could be.
Of course there's the problem of what Sam would do during the year Dean spent in Sunnydale.

If Willow wasn't a lesbian Sam and her would make a nice couple.... While the University of Sunnydale certainly isn't Stanford, Sam could get a bit of education during that year.

All this Buffy talk made me wanna bump her thread. Anyone up for a Buffy watching group? We could watch one or two eps a day/few days and discuss our likes and dislikes.

One more question ....are you a Spuffy or a Bangel ?

Actually all the Buffy talk made we wanna rewatch it, and I watched the first 2 eps yesterday. I don't think I can make time for a few eps per day, but 2 or 3 per week would be possible. Also I noticed that I never watched the audio commentaries on the eps.
So yes I'm in for a Buffy re-watching club. Maybe we could get our own section, so we can make a thread per ep?

Bangel, without the shadow of a doubt. I haven't read the S8 comics, because I don't like comics to begin with, but one day I will read them and I still hope for a happy end for Buffy & Angel. You could call me a Buffy & Angel shipper.

Yeah I liked the other one better too, but this one kinda made me giggle so I thought I would use it for awhile.

Oh girl, you and I would argue till infinity if we were to go into discussing Buffy then. I'm a Spuffy girl through and through. I liked Angel as a character ,but Angelus is when I liked him best. Relationship wise Spuffy has my heart on that show .

I'm all for watching 2 or 3 eps a week .

Obviously you are a Spuffy fan if you only own the Spuffycentric seasons. A girl after my own heart. I usually watch backwards , just so I can see Spuffy first. For this , I guess we would have to watch in order of season though. I can torture myself through season one ..lol. You could still discuss with us though , I am sure once we start discussing the episodes will come flodding back even if you don't own the first 4 sesons.
