Hi just thought I'd introduce myslef, I'm Kean and a Buffy/Angel devotee!!
I've been searching for somewhere to gush for awhile and like ye said buffy/angel fans seem to be on the sparse side lately...well at least they are here.

oh and my favourite spike moment has to be in "Tabula Rasa" when he thinks he is Giles's son!!

'Randy Giles!! why didn't you just call me Horny Giles?!? or Desperate for a Shag Giles!!!'

I was too young to appreciate this show when it was on Tv, but this year I watched them all on dvd. Best show of my life. I still haven't watched the last season of Angel, but I will eventually, I'm excited to find out how Spike is NOT DEAD. Like.. what? He was so my favourite though. And I loved Oz. Sigh, why can't they make good shows anymore?

It's about time I join this convo, seeing as Buffy is hands-down my favorite show EVA. (I too love the "Randy Giles/Horny Giles/Desperate for a shag Giles" line too, hee!) Anyway, I have to tell you guys that Joss is writing a season 8 of Buffy in comic book form, and it is AWESOME. Please, people, go down to your local comic book store and read them all so that we can discuss what's going on! I'm not going to spoil you, but lots of old favorite characters come back!!

That's so sad for me cause I just don't like comics. I tried to read some Star Wars comics as I was really interested in the story, but I don't know I get distracted by the pics or something, I can't "lose" myself in a comic the way I can in a book, even if it's just an average one. If you know what I mean.
But I think I'll give the Buffy comics a try, if I can get them (no local comic store here, I think I have to rely on amazon) Is there a time line somewhere, which comic book is the first and so on?

I didn't really get into comic books either until the buffy season 8 came out. There have been other buffy comics, but Joss Whedon himself is working on season 8, so you know it's quality. Check out this site http://www.whedon.info/article.php3?id_article=16875
