What Cancelled Show(s) Do You Miss The Most? - Page 12

Firefly, Angel, Stargate SG1. Why did they cancel Angel? I don't think it was doing that bad in the ratings.

This might sound random but I've been thinking about The Flash tv series that was on in the 90's starring Dawson's father from Dawson's Creek...

I think the reason they cancelled Buffy and Angel was because Joss Whedon was planning on doing a movie with all the characters. Haven't heard anything about it yet though.

They didn't cancel Buffy, the show ran for 7 seasons, which is how many seasons a show typically runs (with a few exceptions; any show becomes too expensive to produce after 7 years unless the ratings are stellar, that's why most end their run at 7 years) . Angel, however , got canned for reasons unknown (supposedly due to not so great ratings).

I miss Ed, The Agency (great spy show), Early Edition (especially), thirtysomething, Wings (still one of the funniest shows ever).

I'm especially bummed that Ed and Early Edition haven't come out on DVD.
