It is a multiplayer Naruto game, you choose between a cast of characters and then battle against another person. Search it on google to find out more.

naruto-arena.com is an online, multiplayer, stratagy, turn based game. you can unlock new characters by beating 'missions'. missions are just special requirements to get a new character. ladder battles are the key to all. you advance in ranks by winning ladder battles against other naruto-arena.com members. its complicated but easy to play if you get the hang of it. I'm currently a jounin, but was once lengendary sanin, at ladder rank 26 of like 18,000.

no you can't chat while fighting, the developers are working on it though.

Nope, there is no chat while playing...I wish there was though. You just have to learn as you go, or you could read their FAQ/Instructions.
