It's no surprise that Fringe is getting a DVD and Blu-Ray release – what show doesn't nowadays? But now we actually have a release date and bonus feature info. Over six hours of bonus goodies include deleted scenes, gag reels, co-creator Roberto Orci's production diary, and three full-length commentaries from various writers and producers. Featurettes include the story of casting Fringe, the "making of" select episodes, how the VFX were done, and the real science behind Fringe.

Blu-ray discs have more storage of course; and therefore you get more goodies. In addition to the above extras, the Blu-ray edition boasts a fringe pattern analysis, dissecting "the pattern" throughout the series; and BD-Live enabled content. But both the Blu-Ray and standard DVD editions have what stands to be the coolest feature: a Gene the Cow montage. Both sets will be available on September 8.

Yay. This was my favorite new series last season and I can't say that I am not stoked about the DVD release! I hope the extras are amazing!

I kind of agree with you Kobe,
I lost interest in it after a few eps as well.... couldn't really get the show....
On paper, it looked great, I just didn't get it....

hey buddy i had already watch fringe episodes because i doesn't wait for the DVD's of my favorite tv shows when i gets latest information about my favorite tv shows i visit to my favorite site place to download with DVD quality. i had download Fringe form that site place you can use that site reference to gets tv shows with DVD quality. and that's with goose egg cost and also can enjoy tv shows by watch if you are not interest to download.
