There's a lot to take in here.  NBC head Ben Silverman held a conference call today regarding NBC's upfronts.  He went over the NBC Fall schedule, the new series that will premiere next season, what NBC's midseason will look like and which shows will return, when they will return and with how many episodes.  NBC's big thing is that this schedule is a 52-week schedule, with staggered premiere dates and very few re-runs.  Ben Silverman claimed that next season, NBC will premiere more series than any other network ever.  That's probably true.

I won't watch most of the NBC shows except for the couple that I am already to hooked on to give up(heroes, ER, FNL), but especially whatever show they put in the place of Las Vegas. At least they are giving us 13 episodes of FNL, it just sucks to have to wait that long for them.

Boy, I am looking forward to this!! Lets see The Office is obvious and the spin-off sounds great...I will watch Heroes fo sho...lol. The Philanthropist sounds intriguing and Robinson Crusoe I will defiantly be watching... I also love Molly Shannon, so I will probably check out this Captain Kim sitcom. I would like to see what CBS and ABC have in store for the fall as well! And maybe even Fox...

Even though I'm not thrilled by any of NBC's new shows (Knight Rider? Really?), they get a free pass for renewing FNL. Woo!

Only 13 FNL's is a little disappointing. But, I'll check out Captain Kim and The Philanthropist. Overall, some interesting stuff. I'm both scared of and excited for the Office spin-off.
