| ![]() My experience with the pilot of Friday Night Lights was an overall positive one. I am confident in saying this, even though I feel myself boiling with rage at the way the final ten minutes played out on the otherwise flawless premiere. Wanting to get a feeling for other people's reactions, I came across this review by Cynthia Fuchs over at PopMatters.com. To read the rest, click here. |

| The fact that "Friday Night Lights" trails garbage like "Dancing With the Stars" makes me wonder where people's heads are. It amazes me what garners the highest ratings today. FNL captures the imagination and is entertaining. And yet, it will probably fall by the wayside. Then, we can all tune in to Dancing With the Stars and see all the over-hyped interviews that we want. Is it any wonder that people are tuning out network TV in droves?? |
