i'm gonna say Stewie. could either be asking Brian or when he was doing the "find you penis!" business. since i'm not sure if i'm right or not, i'm not gonna post another quote until this one is solved. let me know if i'm right. and if i am, i got dibs on doing the next quote. if not, fair game for the next person to post.

btw, maybe we should make this a new rule for the quote game. the person that guesses must wait until the poster of the quote says the answer is correct. if no response from the poster for 5 days, then the game is open for a new challenge quote

It's from Connie D'amico, Meg's high school nemesis, from the ep. where Stewie poses as a h/s kid. When she and Stewie start dating, and then agree to have sex Stewie takes his clothes off and that's when she says it.
