I remember a scene, where someone (i think Brian), needed to forge some papers. He says something like "theres only one person who can help me", comes to stewie's room and stewie says something like "ill have it by tuesday"

in what episode stewie was doing forging

Looks like its Back to the woods when Woods stole Peters id and Brian decided to help Peter to steal Wood's ID
