I can't figure this one out!

BTW I'm new here and a major FG fan, and usually I'm quite good at remembering stuff from FG episodes, but this one's got me completely stumped.

I've no idea about the context, but I think Peter has something wierd like a piece of clothing or something, and I think he meets some man (aristocratic looking) that has the same whatever it is, and they talk to each other in extremely annoying voices, but instead of words they just say the same word over and over again (probably the name of the thing they have)... BUT what is that word?? Musketeer? No, but something similar (and they couldn't really be dressed in musketeers...)

Help me and I will forever be your slave.

Welcome to Buddys. I can't help you with this but it sort of reminds me of me waking up the next morning and trying to tell somebody about a really cool dream I had the night before. LOL!!

I was actually mixing two different scenes in my mind - the actual word was "buttscratcher" but that's when he was selling buttscratchers at a ball game. Great stuff anyways.
