I don't hate her. I think every character in FG is funny in his/her own way. But I don't know why people hate her.. Maybe because she's the least popular Griffin.

Meg had 1 funny part for as like as long as I can remember... when she loves brian and she says "Were going to be here for a while" and then "You're acting Weird" but Brian totally made that...

Needless to say, Meg and Lois are not there for comedy, they are optional targets of comedy for the main characters.
