In conclusion, Peter would be Awesome. I may have missed a few powers and they may not be in the exact order he obtained them. I'm only going by memory here.

Also here are some possible ways of keeping Peter balanced:
1) Keep him busy, distracted and out of commission for some reason.
2) Have villains outnumber him and use more teamwork.
3) Give villains tricky powers that are difficult to circumvent.
4) Surprise or ambushed him.
5) Use hostages.
6) Use more advanced weapons against him, or more dangerous ones (ie: explosives)
7) Ensure his use of a power is slightly lower than that of the original user.
8) Keep Sylar's power base on par with his.
9) Make sure he never received Samedi's Inpenetrable skin.

This season is definately different from the rest.. it doesnt have any precognitions/villains

The reason why season one was so good was because of the awe at all of the new found abilities mixed with a super-serial killer, now its just some weird story being told with no real villains..

The carnival people seem to be villains outside of the carnival, but when we see them at home they are just a happy family sitting down eating waffles..

Sorry i couldnt help going off topic.. but the main issue is they are showing us stuff in a new way..


My opinion [You can ignore this if you want] They should have reset Peter AND Sylar as they were at the start of season 1, so they can once again race each other at collecting abilities.

Well thats the reason i watch the show, to see everyone use their abilities,

I mean, they didn't even finish the season because of the writers strike. But here are a few reason why season 2 was so much better than this season 4.
1- Lack of characters. I just want to say, where the hell did they all go? Thank you Heroes for not giving an ending to so many characters. Here are a list of just a few.
Mohinder, Micah, Maya, Micah's cousins, Luke Cambell, Aquaman, West, Kaitlin. There are others, but I don't feel like going on.
2- Bad guys. Lets be honest, the villains on this show are nothing short of minor inconveniences, and are all terminated easilly. Sylar is the only one that actually stood a chance, and that is why season 1 was the best. But lets forget about that for right now. Besides Sylar, we had Arthur, (who sucked), Danko, (who sucked), Nathan, (who sucked as a villain), and now Sammuel. Notice I left Adam Monroe out of that. My reason for that is that Adam Monroe was probably the best villain they had on this show, and they killed him off so easilly. So back to the topic at hand, Our new villain. Sammuel, is he good or bad? Who the hell knows, I don't. They haven't revealed any of his motives yet. Plus since were on the subject, where the hell was the carnival throughout the whole series? Adam was alive for over 300 years, and your trying to tell me they never recruited him? And Sylar, they couldn't get him when he was vulnerable in season 1, or 2, or 3? No, they have to get him when he turns into Nathan. It just doesn't make any sense.
3- Bad story lines. Seriously? Come on, I know you could do better than that. Claire going to college does not intrest me at all. I seriously don't care. Oh and good job Matt, take back your wife that cheated on you and probably had someone else baby. And now your going into a delusional psychosis? Well, that part is actually O.K. And Tracy going from this kick ass Ice-woman, back to her old job as a government worker. Yeah, thats why I watch this show, to see people talk to politicians! And Emma, don't even get me started. I can walk through the air too, it's not a big deal. Stop wasting our time, with every episode you going, "I don't want powers", then just walking through the air for five minutes. Your a waste of my time. And yeah, good idea with killing Nathan off, he was the best character on Heroes. And Sylars old self is gone. Ando is now lovey dovey with Kimiko, and his story line sucks. Hiro's dying, (But I have a feeling he wont be soon. I think he's gonna go back in time and save Charlie, which in turn changes the whole time-line).
4- I guess what I'm trying to say is, I don't care. Hereos season 4, you are officially my least favorite out of them all.
