Default Dollhouse Season One DVD

'Dollhouse' DVD details released

The Dollhouse season one DVD will include the show's unaired pilot and its unaired finale (and all the episodes in between that Fox thought were OK enough to put on the air).
In a DVD set that reflects the show's rocky history, the Dollhouse home video set features commentary from creator Joss Whedon, the original pilot "Echo" and the unaired 13th episode, "Epitaph One." Plus there's the usual accompaniment of bonus making-of featurettes.

UPDATE: Sources say fans shouldn't lose hope; that despite the show's recent ratings, Dollhouse is still alive. Whedon pitched the network on his vision for season two late last week. Discussions have commenced between Fox and the studio about how to make the show work financially. Not trying to spread false hope here, merely saying the finale rating has apparently not scared off the network and negotiations are ongoing.
The Fox series from 20th TV is available on DVD and Blu-ray on July 28. Here's the inventory:
Quote:
· Disc One
o Ghost
· Commentary by Joss Whedon and Eliza Dushku
o The Target
o Stage Fright
o Gray Hour
o True Believer
· Disc Two
o Man on the Street

o A Spy in the House…
o Haunted
· Disc Three

o Deleted Scenes
o “Making Dollhouse” featurette
o “Coming Back Home” featurette
o “Finding Echo” featurette
o “Designing the Perfect Dollhouse” featurette
o “A Private Engagement” featurette

i'll have to go check but i'm pretty sure the unaired pilot is somewhat similar to the one that aired. I know they went back and refilmed parts of it because JW thought it was too confusing for the audience.

Are you working on Dollhouse Mr. Know-It-All? I don't care what is on the DVD . If Joss's name is on it , I will buy it. It's a sickness!

Most DVD sets that I have ever seen have both Spanish and English subtitles so, I would imagine this one would also.
