Dancing with the Stars 6: Final Performance Recap

Welcome to the final week of competition in this sixth season of Dancing with the Stars. We have our three finalists: Cristian de la Fuente, Jason Taylor and Kristi Yamaguchi. Each had two last opportunities to appeal to us voters at home, once in the first-ever Dancing with the Stars cha cha cha face-off, and then in the freestyle round. As promised, all rules are thrown out the window for the freestyle round - the teams could do as many lifts as their little hearts desire.

This show is all about which celebrity in time became an amazing dancer. Kristi has proven that every single week! Her scora average is higher than ANY contestant on ANY season so far (28.2)! She has mastered every single dance, and isn't a one- or two-trick pony like Jason or Cristian. She deserves to win!

For those of us who have watched this show since it's inception...kristi's performances/dances last night are recognizable as an EARNEST patch-work of previous DWTS performances...her performances last
night were revealing in that -- UNLIKE TEAM C&C -- team kriti/mark shuns hard work to gain an unfair advantage so THUS you couldn't see any real originality/imgination except an EARNEST effort to win at any cost i.e. CHEATING and that like Mel-B of last season is/would include the use of external help on top of the PROs i mean this is a competition with each star asigned a PRO dancer why use external help for the FINAL..and BUT SINCE WHEN DID PLAGIARIZING become a VIRTUOUS thing ?

Kristi has an unfair advantage!
Jason is my vote but in all fairness
Chriatian is the one who has come
the longest way. He couldn't even
dance in the beginning. Lets face it
that Kiss Kristi gave Bruno last night
didn't hurt her scores any and seemed
like a little cheating from the ice Queen..
Lets see what happens tonite. Atleast
they all get along so well.

I love Cristian! I give the guy so much credit for coming out with a painful injury. He has improved so much from the beginning. I don't know if any of you have seen on the Dancing with the Stars message boards people saying he faked the injury, what morons! I'm pretty sure Kristi will win, but maybe Cristian will come in 2nd. I do love Jason too, but I really love Cristian.

SamSams In all fairness, how many different ways could you possibly use to put a dance routine together? You must look at how they present themselves in the basics of dance, not how much they took from someone else. The judges even tell you, it's technique with presentation. No matter what, this is still an enjoyable show. I think they all deserve some kind of an award just for putting themselves out there.
