| South Park is one of the funniest, crudest, most incisive and, really, best animated shows out there. There really aren't any issues that South Park hasn't poked fun at, such as Mormonism, Scientology, AIDS, Casa Bonita, aliens and Richard Dawkins. BuddyTV is pleased to announce that we have a very special South Park Giveaway planned for this week. We've got: One copy of South Park season 11 on DVD One South Park poker set One South Park limited edition UNO card game One action figure Four lucky fans will receive one of the above prizes. To enter to win, reply to this thread with your favorite issue that South Park has tackled, and explain why. You have until Tuesday, August 26 at noon ET to enter. At that time, the thread will be closed and the four winners will be chosen at random. ![]() Best of luck!

| My favourite issue that South Park has touched upon is stem cell research because it was hilarious the way they used the fetuses. i.e. Christopher Reeves eating them to cure his disablity. |

| The creationism vs evolution and what should be taught in schools debate, because it's an issue I'm very interested in and I'm a Richard Dawkins fangirl.

| Definitely the gay issue. I love Big Gay Al! It's still something people freak out about. |

| I enjoyed when they focused on other cartoon TV shows. They spent an entire episode on The Simpsons and then did a two-parter on Family Guy. No other TV show would have the chutzpah to not only discuss their competition, but to center an entire episode (or two) on them. |

| The issue that is my favorite is that of religion of course. And I mean any and all religions. Be it Christainity, Catholicism, Islam, Judaism, hell even Scientology. Whenever South Park does an episode with religion as the theme, it creates probably THE most controversy where religious groups cry foul and call for banning it or censoring it in some way. Rarely do the episodes get cut and when they ARE shown, the ratings skyrocket, because of all the attention brought to them. Also I find it funny how some religions or religious issues don't cause as much outrage as others do. How come a depiction of Christ deficating on the American flag isn't as shocking as a depiction of the Islamic prophet Mohammed....just standing there??? It's times like this when Atheism makes all kinds of sense! |

| My fave issue was the one about the War, where South Park was divided into two sides, for and against. |

| By far my favorite topic covered is Scientology. This "religion" seems almost like a cult to me, and to have the stars who are involved with it poked fun at in this episode(especially Tom Cruise) really made this one of the funniest, and best shows of South Park's whole run. |
