5/21/08-5/27/08 Grey's Anatomy 101 Book Contest

Grey's Anatomy has its two-hour season finale scheduled for tomorrow night. Will we find out once and for all whether Meredith and McDreamy will try to make a go of it? Will Callie Torres give into her sapphic desires and make passionate love to Erica Hahn?

Most importantly, what are we going to do during the long summer months without any new episodes of our favorite hot doctors? Well, you can read the Completely Unauthorized "Grey's Anatomy 101," edited by Leah Wilson.

Here is a description of what the anthology of essays entails:

"Grey's Anatomy 101 is an upper-level class designed for fans of the hit show Grey's Anatomy. This course will explore the wild popularity of the interns at Seattle Grace (and the doctors they sleep with), as well as delve into Derek and Meredith's relationship, Bailey's potential as feminist role model, Cristina's drive to succeed, and what it takes to write for a show like Grey's."

BuddyTV has four copies of this book to give away. To enter, please reply to this thread an explanation of which doctor you would want to be treated by and why. You have until Tuesday, May 27 at noon ET to enter. At that time, the thread will be closed and all four winners will be chosen at random.

If I had to be treated by any doctor, it would be Dr. Elmer Hartman. So what if he's been sued by every patient he's treated...I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I am due for a prostate exam soon... wait, I think this question refers to which Grey's Anatomy doctor that I would want to be treated by. Well then, the obvious answer has to be Meredith Grey of course! Why? Cause she's uber hot!

McSexy. Why? Well, the name says it all!

I'm really not so keen on McDreamy and though I don't plan on having plastic surgery anytime soon I guess I would prefer it to having brain surgery.

I'd like to be treated by Izzie Stephens because she always gives 100% of her attention to any of her patients and she's got great abilities (even though she had 1 particular moment of craziness-see episode where she cuts Denny Douquet's valve wire so that he could get WORSE. but she saved him after all) and is really capable of being a great famous doctor.

george- i need someone with a big heart. or maybe meredith grey, you know she really knows what she's doing. or bailey, i love bailey! i guess i'll just have to get really sick and see a bunch of doctors.

Meredith because I would tell her how she's a great person and she's achieved so much in her life and not to worry about what everyone else thinks of her and too go with what ever her heart is telling her.

And she's got so much ahead of her and Mer is a great doctor.

I would choose Meredith Grey because she seems to be the most capable and intelligent. Plus, she is nice : )

I would love to be treated by Dr. Christina Yang. She is outcome driven and does not sugar coat anything. I want to have my diagnosis throughly examined by an outstanding member of the medical profession and not someone who would be burdened down by their love life to not adqueately treat me.

just kinding =) now seariously...I would like to be treated by him because besisdes being a good doctor he does seam to care about his pacients ( you can see that in the way he talks to them when he as to tell them that they have to take a big desicion or when he has to give them bad news....etc,,,) and he´s human( by this I mean...you can see he cares about other people besides himself, he shows is feelings.....is not a cold character). how and i like is personality...=)
the fact that is gorgeus...=P is just a bonnus....=)
