| That would have to be in season 4 when he forced doctors to work on terrorist suspect lee jong instead of his girlfriend's ex-husband Paul Raines. Paul saved his life earlier in the day and Jack ends up dying on the operating table b/c of it. It was one of the biggest mistakes in jack's life b/c it was the only innocent life that he had actually taken. All those other times was b/c he could not get there in time or a terrorist shot them etc etc but this was the one time he had an actual hand in it. He actually told the doctors to stop operating on Paul, thus killing him. |

| Jack Bauer's most egregious human rights violation was his refusal to jump out of my TV set and put me out of my misery during Season 6! It's downright inhumane to make millions of TV viewers put up with that kind of crap week to week, leaving us hoping that next week's episode will be better, only to find out that no- it's won't be getting any better. I thought you had my back, Jack!

| I wanted to say the scene where he cuts off the guy's head but for the sake of saying something different, it was pretty bad when he tortured his own brother. |

| The ep and time when he killed the guy and cut his head off... that was just cruel on a grand scale..... awful!!!! Well on bright side.... at least that head stayed off and that character didn't and hasn't yet to date made a reappearance... unlike some other shows I could mention.................. LOL!!!

| The most egregious human rights violation Jack Bauer ever committed was against himself in Season Three when he played Russian Roulette with Ramon Salazar |
