| One of the highlights of this winter has been the new series on FOX, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I loved the T1 and T2 movies (did not watch T3, however) and I was heartened to see the terminator legacy live on in such an enjoyable TV show. The two-hour season finale will air tonight, starting at 8pm. In tonight's episode, the Connors plus Derek are still on the hunt for the Turk, the chess-playing machine that sparks the creation of Skynet. But as expected, there might be more parts to the future computer system than they realized. John and Derek also clash over Cameron because Derek doesn't believe that a Terminator can be completely reprogrammed. Cromartie closes in on John while Ellison deals with a nemesis within his agency. The fate of a major character hangs in the balance tonight. Check out a promo here: To gear us up for tonight's Terminator finale (Please let it be renewed! Please let it be renewed!), BuddyTV has a TON of stuff to give away! We've got:
To enter for your chance to win one or all of these great prizes, reply to this thread with your answer to the question "Who is your favorite Terminator in any of the movies or the TV show, and why?" You have until Tuesday March 11 at noon ET to reply. At that time, the thread will be closed and the winners will be selected, as follows:
Best of luck! And don't forget to catch the two-hour season finale tonight! They look very cool. ![]() These "window clings" stick to windows! ![]() These bracelets are the kind that have the glow-in-the-dark fluid inside. You bend the bracelets to get the glowing, and you can attach the ends together with the white piece. ![]()

| Senior Member ![]() | Soooooooo cool!!!! My fav terminator has to be the original. Summr Glau is awesome as was good Arnold, but bad Arnold was just sooo awesome. I dont even know how to trully explain it. But I think it has to do with the assosiation I have with that movie. It was our first introduction to this universe and so for that reason I hold it close to my heart.

| I would have to say the T-1000 played by Robert Patrick in T2. We always referred to him has the "Heinous Melting Metal Dude". LOL anyway...he just always kept coming - too wicked! Took me back to when I was absolutely terrified of Yule Brenner in Westworld (saw this way too young - scared me to death!) |

| The Original Arnie Model was cool; but I have to agree with Honcho, Robert Patrick was the best Terminator. He was unstoppable. The new show has increased in quality by every show. If they keep this up (in other words Fox please do pick it up for at least a 2nd season); I will be craving my Terminator fix as much as I crave Lost! And that is a lot! |

| Cameron is my favorite terminator because she is mysterious and possibly malicious without being evil. |

| Wow, tough choice. I want to say the original terminator, but after seeing the show, I am going for the "Cameron." First and foremost, this terminator is unpredictable, and a little frightening. Cameron seems better able to adapt and evolve to act like a human. Not to mention she is funny, and it is always cool to see what appears to be a girl who cant weigh more than 100 pounds sopping wet kick the crap out of the T-888's

| What, no one likes Kristanna Loken? Just kidding. Imposing as Arnold is, and awesome as Summer Glau is, I have to give it up to Robert Patrick's T-1000. Back in 1991, that liquid metal Terminator was the coolest thing I'd ever seen on film. Heck, it probably still is. Seeing those puddles of lquid metal form back into the machine was fantastic. James Cameron is a true visionary, and I really don't think he gets enough credit for his accomplishments. He's like Michael Bay crossed with Steven Spielberg. |
