My favorite monster/villain? The virus from Croatoan. (Does a virus count as a villian? lol) Mostly because we got to see Sam and Dean interact, and realize that between this episode and "Hunted", Dean can't live in a world without Sam, and vice versa..

My favorite bad guy(s) would have to be The Bender Family. It allowed the guys to step out of the ghost hunting norm. The show also gave us one of Dean's favorite sayings "Demons I Get, People are Crazy" One of my favorite episodes still.

My favorite bad guy would have to be the semi that ruined the Metallicar. I made me cry when the Impala was T-Boned. Not to mention that the Winchesters got injured.

my favourite villain of the show would have to be the woman in white. the creators and producers of the show made a fantastic pilot and managed to get so many people to fall in love with the show right from the start. that and im a big special effects fan and the way that they made her *twitch* for lack of a better word was absolutely fantastic!

which monster ? i like the yellow-eyed demon because he had power and knowledge and it took a long time for him to be killed.

My favorite villan on Supernatural so far would have to be the trickster. He made me laugh in tall tales because of the shannigans he was putting the boys through and making that cocky frat guy be abducted by alien and how he danced with the alein to lady in red. The two episodes he was in were two of the best episodes of the series. The first one beause it was hilarious and second because it was so sad and so indepth with information about sam and his life to come.

My favorite villain so far is the YED. Especially when he possessed John. He was the original villain and the reason the family lives the life they do.
