Remember Season 4 of American Idol? This week, we are giving away TWO copies of season 4 runner-up Bo Bice's new CD "See the Light." One copy is autographed by Bo Bice himself; the other copy is not autographed. To enter the contest, reply to this thread with your answer to the question "Who is your favorite American Idol winner and why?" You have until Tuesday, November 27 at 11:59am ET/8:59am PT to enter the contest. At that time, the thread will be closed, and BuddyTV editors will select the winner with the best response who will receive the autographed CD. Another randomly selected winner will receive the unautographed CD. Looking forward to reading your responses! Good luck to all! ![]()

My favorite American Idol Winner is Carrie Underwood. Even though I voted for Bo, I understand why she won, and she has done a lot with her win. She has won so many awards for her music, and she even helps out with charity events. We need more people like her in the world. It is nice to see someone who has used their fame and stardom for a good cause. Carrie has so many well-written songs and deserves all of the recognition that she gets for her music. It seems like everything she sings sounds perfect. Carrie, in my opinion, was one of only two winners that deserved to win Idol, with the other being Kelly Clarkson.

I have so much respect for Kelly Clarkson for staying true to herself. She did not turn into a diva like Underwood. Kelly refused to sing Lohan’s song only because it had hit potential. Carrie on another hand shamelessly steals good songs from new artists, thereby killing their chances. (See Katrina Elam’s Flat On The Floor.) Thank God for Kelly Clarkson.

My favorite winner is Kelly Clarkson. She has a power house voice and has not let her popularity change who she is. She seems down to earth.

Bo Bice all the way. #1 with me. His voice and stage presence could'nt be beat. I just love his new CD See The Light. All southern rock. I'm so glad he's able to do his own thing now. He is the nicest, most humble and truely sincere guy, plus he's got the best sense of humor. Yup, it's Bo.

My favorite winner is Kelly Clarkson, not only because of her voice, but also the emotion with which she sings. She really puts her all into her performances. She seems real and down to earth, and I love that she hasn't become as thin as a railing. A good role model for young girls. My favorite runner-up is Bo Bice. His new album, See the Light (available at Walmart and various download sites including itunes), is phenomenal. Another great voice to come out of American Idol. An all-around good guy too!

I missed where it said Winner when I commented the first time. Kelly Clarkson is my favorite Idol winner. She has a fantastic voice and is trying to do it her way. She does'nt seem to have let her success change her. Bo Bice is my favorite runner-up for the reasons I posted above.

| My favourite one of all the winners to date is Kelly Clarkson. Apart from the fact that she has been the main one of all of them who has seemed to have had some success over here in the UK. She also, by all accounts, seems to have a sensible head on her shoulders. I have some of her albums. The music is quite good, for what it is! She also has maintained relationships with those who helps her along the road in her early days... Stars like Reba McEntire, they did some early collaborations together (2002) and again in (2006). Kelly has always spoke out about her respect for Reba, and vica versa! Reba's husband is her current manager [I believe] and both have remained supportive of Kelly through her battles with her exmanager and music company boss! This girl IMO, does not seem to forget her roots and what she stands for! She is a good role model for young kids, and looks well. I don't know as much about any of the others!

Ruben Studdard is definitely my favorite winner. Ruben stepped up to the microphone in front of a national audience and showed everyone what he could do. In this day of the pretty look and top 40 style, Ruben's voice and smile pierced the traditional idol and soulfully created the "idol" I loved when he belted out the soul and tunes.
