"Would you rather fight a hostile alien race, a zombie, or a vampire? Why?" I would rather fight a hostile alien race because that is likely what Mulder and Scully would be doing. Although, they have sorta had some zombie issues in the past so that might be the best bet. But they had the most fun investigating vampires so I might find them there. Um. This is much too difficult. I wil choose option d which is... I will fight whatever Mulder and Scully are fighting because they rock.

Even though I would love to be true to Mulder and Scully in their endless pursuit of the truth and say alien race, I have to go with vampire on this one. Mainly because if I lost I would become immmortal, thus not affected by a hostile alien race or zombies. Even if I lose I win!

Ahh the age old question that has boggled minds for centuries. If there were to be some kind of foreign invasion from an alternate life form, would aliens, zombies or vampires be the preferable adversary? Many leather bound books can be found in your alternate media libraries that are dedicated to the research of these very lifeforms. After much deliberation including days of research (watching Dawn of the Dead, Alien, Dracula, and Men in B...disregard the last one), I have finally reached a decision. My preferred adversary would have to be zombies. I have made this decision based on the fact that we would have much more knowledge about our undead foes than that of aliens and vampires. With zombies there has been so much more consistency throughout the years than that of aliens and vampires. Zombies have been seen to be slow as well as fast, but they all can't function with out a head which means you only need one strategy. As Shaun, from Shaun of the Dead, so intricately put it "Aim for the head." Of course you also have to take other factors into consideration such as finding the location of the highest ground, making sure you have enough ammo to defeat the zombie army, and that you have a coat full of machetes just in case you run out of ammo (which you will) because blades don't need to be reloaded. The thing that scares me about an alien or vampire invasion is that there isn't that many credible sources for research. Besides X-Files and Alien, I can't really take any other media seriously. I mean Independence Day, Mars Attacks, the sequels to Alien besides Aliens, and the Men in Black series are all awful films that I couldn't stand to sit through to their entirety even if it was for research to save the world. Same goes with vampires, besides Bela Lugosi's Dracula and the first Blade, I haven't really found any vampire films that I could take seriously enough to use toward my strategy against a vampire invasion. With zombies it is different, I have yet to find a zombie film I didn't like. All I would have to do to prepare a strategy against a zombie invasion is sit down and watch George Romero movies back to back, maybe throw in 28 weeks later just in case I get thrown a curve ball on the type of zombie I would be fighting against, and to conclude my research I would watch Shaun of the Dead, just for a laugh and some tips on how to take care of a zombie in case one of my friends were to be bitten.

I am going with Zombie. As a non-athlete, I might stand a chance of not dying if I have to use brain vs. brawn. If nothing else, I can get the zombie to walk over a hole and I can get away!

I've never seen the X-files which is why I want to win this. Then I can watch them all and geek out with you guys! It was a little before my time.

Weel, if I fought a vampire I have a chance of becoming a vampire... And well that's cool... But vampires would probably be too difficult for me...
An alien though might have super-duper intelligence and I'd have absolutely no chance of tricking him, which is the only way I can beat anything due to extreme lack of muscle...

Hmm, Even though I'd probably be able to beat only the Zombie I wouldn't want to (I'd be too scared

) I think I'll go with a Vampire... Man... I hope blood tastes good... Cuz I guess that's what I'd be feeding on If I was turned....

I'd sooo go for zombie! Granted, none of the options sounds like it would be an easy task, but I've watched Sean of the Dead and know that fighting a zombie can be a lot of fun! And I can keep him as my very special "pet" afterwards and play video games all day.
Here's why I won't pick aliens or a vampire: With aliens, you never know what you'll get. Are they ultra strong, can they control my mind, do they have real cool and deadly weapons? And here there's a whole species of 'em! That's just not fair! I'd be dead within seconds if it's not some sort of idot alien race who just happened to invent space ships by chance.
Vampire's are usually said to be very fast and I'm not in top form right now so they'd outrun me easily. I believe they can fly, too and I can't (not yet anyway). Yes, they burn in sunlight but I have to sleep too and then the vampire will come and get me at night when I'm absolutely defenseless.
Zombies on the other hand are way slower than me so I could just run from them. And they are not very clever and strong - well a horde of zombies might be, but only one, hah! And decapitated zombies are harmless zombies so all I'd have to do is take my pocket knife and start cutting. If that shouldn't work and I underestimate the zombie, he'll turn me into a zombie, too but I won't mind cause I'll be just as braindead as he is...

This show was awesome!! Zombie all the way. Zombies will always look like zombies they don't transform to bats or random objects..
