i love bones its ace but im definatley goin to have to go with mulder and scully, i have just finished watching seasons 1-9 of the xfiles again! and there wasnt a hotter duo than mulder and scully. and come on where else will u keep a couple apart by a bee sting. defo mulder and scully

Hum, I like them both. I think Bones and Booth have more of a sense of humor then Mulder and Scully. I think that Mulder and Scully, got the job done, were more serious on what they were after.......i like watching both shows, really had to choose just one.

Brennan and Booth! Their chemistry is exciting and always a breathe of fresh air. Basically, these two can be in the same room and not say a word, but still have great eye chemistry. Their characters are much more fun to watch! And the ensemble cast heightens what is already there. Their relationship is a growing one, nothing is pushed at the viewers. Waiting for the first kiss is very entertaining. The writing team knows how to keep us coming back for more!
Emily and David are the hardest working duo on TV. They also have a great relationship off camera, which actually comes across on our tv screens.

Since I never really got the whole Scully and Mulder thing I would have to say Bones and Booth. I like the way they banter with each other. They have great chemistry and I will have to agree with most of the others posters David Boreanz is hot.

I recently was watching on old X-Files episode, one from near the start and you can tell a big difference between then and now. Bones uses a lot of obvious suggestion that they want you to want the two to get together. That is part of the appeal that they are going for. Every week you are wondering if they will finally make the connection. On X-Files, the chemistry they had was very well hidden for a long time. It wasn't until much later that they started to make obvious hints about it. Even then, we all knew it was never going to amount to anything.

My opinion is that Bones has the better couple because the show has to deliver on all that they have been building up to. A better couple is the one that IS a couple.

Mulder and Scully were better by far, until the later seasons when everything about that show started to fall apart. Let's hope that Bones goes out on a high instead of a whimper.

Much better for me. I never liked Mulder, though X-files was great. The chemistry between Booth and Bones is wonderful and I think they both play better than Mulder and Scully.
